GR formation is our division dedicated to the training of support staff for international law and financial firms: receptionists, secretaries and personal assistants, accounting and HR staff.

The training programs have been specifically developed with our customers in order to meet their expectations as well as the specific needs of their activity.
GR formation was launched in 2006 at the request of international law firms requiring specialised IT training for their secretaries; a language training program then followed. In 2007, we started training sessions for staff, including lawyers, to help them deal with time sheets and invoicing.
GR’s strategy is the development of tailor-made training programs for the support staff involved in legal and financial fields.
